RETURN AND EXCHANGE
SHIPPING:
- All Esha Lal Swimwear (“EL”) products are shipped on a door to door basis, from our warehouse to the provided address through a courier or shipping agency.
- Orders are dispatched next day or the next business day, however please allow a period of 24-48 hours for the order to be processed.
- Once the order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to the customer via SMS or email, through which the customer may track the delivery of their order.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for delivering the ordered item(s) to the customers’ address. Sometimes delivery of orders can be delayed due to matters that are beyond our control.
- The delivery agent will attempt 2-3 deliveries to the address provided by the customer and if the customer is not available to receive the order, the product(s) shall be returned to EL by the delivery agent.
- Shipping within India is free, but for International orders, shipping and customs charges will be added accordingly at checkout.
- The customer may contact us through email at eshalalswimwear@gmail.com in relation to any product that has not been delivered within the specified time.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
It is our endeavour to provide the customer with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns and exchanges on certain products (other than swim wear) as long as the process and conditions mentioned below are followed.
Swimwear: We do not allow return or exchange of swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
Resort Wear: We have a 48-hour return policy on resort wear as long as the terms mentioned herein are followed. Refund will be initiated only post thorough evaluation of the product once received.
Process for return and exchange:
- Request a return by writing to us at eshalalswimwear@gmail.com with the subject “RETURNS”. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
- We will verify such return request and any request received after the returnable window shall not be eligible for returns/exchange.
- A reverse pickup will be scheduled and the customer will be informed.
- In case reverse pickup facility is not available, the customer should courier the order back to us at https://www.eshalal.com/pages/contact
- It will take 10-12 working days to process the return and the amount will be credited to the customer’s account.
- For exchange, the previous order will have to be returned and a new order will have to be placed.
- Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size provided the size is available with us.
Conditions for return and exchange:
- Items that are returned or exchanged must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, not defective/damaged and should be returned in saleable condition with all original packaging, tags and invoices.
- No exchange or return will be applicable on International orders.
- No return or exchange will be accepted for products which have been worn or bought on discount or through promotional offers.
- All our products are made with a lot of care and inspected before they are shipped to ensure a quality garment is being sent to the customer. We may replace, repair, or refund the product(s) only due to manufacturing defect(s), but not due to regular “wear and tear”.
